Chapter 6

Time to talk to the grandma

     They laughed and went their places….Brian went home, Alex went to his neighborhood and he became very upset, he cried, he wanted to hug a mum and a dad...But the people he saw were homeless, drug users...He went to his box and tried to sleep.

Brian came home happily and hugged his grandmother.

 “Grandma, i am not positive thank God…” told Brian. Samantha was very happy.

“Oh my god, thank you, thank you. You gave my grandson back to me. Come here, you little bad boy…” hugged Samantha.

Brian was very happy. They were singing and dancing...Samantha asked him, “What about your friend Alex?

Brian stopped smiling and dancing, and didn’t talk for a while.

“Grandma, well, hmm....Unfortunately, he is positive, grandma. “ replied Brian.

“Oh no, but you used his needle Brian?” asked Samantha.

“Yes, i am negative right now, but doc told me we need to retest 3 months later. Because HIV has a period to get positive. So it is early to say “i am negative surely”. But thank God, i am negative at least for now.” replied Brian.

“Oh, boy..Now i started to worry again. So we will wait and see, but how can we wait Brian? This is insane. Oh God, please don’t let Brian be infected.” prayed Samantha.

“Mom, please pray for Alex too. He is my best friend, and i guess Dr. Hussain will be our best friend too. Pray for him too, but he is Muslim.” requested Brian.

“Oh sure Brian. I will pray for all of you, boy. He can be Muslim, it is not an obstacle for me to pray for him. Everything is on God’s hand, and Jesus Christ.” replied Samantha.

“Oh, on Jesus Christ’s hand? Mum, who is more powerful? God or Jesus Christ?” asked Brian.

“Oh Brian, we ask from God and Jesus Christ. Jesus is for us, he sacrificed his life for us. And he is son of God. He has also great powers.” replied Samantha.

“But grandma, if Jesus is killed, how can he help us? He even could not protect himself.  Wasn’t he a human?” asked Brian.

“Boy, if he was human, who was his father?” asked Samantha.

“How can you be sure Mary was virgin?” asked Brian.

“Oh Brian, please stop. Don’t insult Jesus and Virgin Mary. We believe Virgin Mary and God, ok? I don’t wanna argue with you about this anymore.” replied Samantha.

“You told me Muslims believe Jesus is a human and a prophet of God. That sounds normal to me, because he was killed. But i still wonder how Jesus Christ became without a father, grandma?” kept asking Brian.

“Shut up and ask your Muslim doc, ok? I don’t wanna let you insult Jesus Christ. Oh Jesus, please forgive us, and help my grandson to keep his faith, please!” prayed Samantha.

“Oh yea,ok grandma, i am leaving you alone with your DEAD Jesus Christ…”  laughed Brian.

“Get out!!” shouted Samantha.

Brian left his grandmother and was cursing Jesus Christ. He thought Jesus Christ was the reason of this fight.

He talked to himself  “ Anyway Brian, it is time to go haunting. Let’s check out chicks.”
